When she stumbles upon clues to an old dream her Abuelito once had, CeCe decides to bring it back to life, building a parade float like no other.
 
But big dreams often come with big challenges. That’s when Chimi Chinchilla, a quick witted magical plush from Plush Academy, arrives to help CeCe see her strengths in a new light. Together, they rally the whole family, turning tape, glitter, and imagination into something truly extraordinary.
 
Through triumphs, missteps, and bursts of laughter, CeCe learns that her unique way of thinking isn’t something to fix, it’s a gift to celebrate. When things don’t go as planned, Chimi reminds her that every great idea takes courage, patience, and a touch of humor.
